Video Lean - Example 3

How to be fast and effective to define layout
in high traffic floor.

In this video is showed how to solve the problem
of the tape wearing in the areas where the
fork-lift passes many times a day.

Where there is nothing, there is nothing to wear!

So, by putting rounds rather than lines you can
save time and material. If round will break
you can easily replace it

Video Lean - Example 2

Tape or Painting to define Layout?

For the LeanLab stuff there is no doubt!
Tapes and adhesives are the best way to draw
layout.

Tapes are cheaper, faster, easy to remove if layout
changes and no smell.

The keypoint is to select the best product to resist
to the wearing. The forklift is probably the worst enemy.

In this video there is an exmaple of a good product.
