The answer is: follow your instincts!
Follow this simple sequence and put
all things in a better place, more ergonomic and more "Lean".
1) I have to to do something (i.e. Open a bottle )
2) I need a tool (i.e. Opener)
3) Find the tool (Instinctively I look around)
4) If I do not find it in the following 3-4 seconds I do not have arranged things so LEAN
5) I have to make sure I always have "necessary tool" at your INSTINCT (3-4 seconds)
